The project consisted of a 2,400 seat, 40 million dollar theater, hotel and convention center for the city of Schaumburg, a Chicago suburb. I contributed to the pre-visualization, schematic design, design development and prototyping. The hotel and convention center were constructed in 2007, while the theater portion is on hold.
