Sherman Plaza is a large mixed use complex consisting of a 1,600 spot parking garage, 25 floors of condos and 150,000 sq. ft. of retail space in downtown Evanston, IL. On this project I assisted in pre visualization, design development iterations and construction drawings. This was built in 2006.
